Minimum EBITDA: $450,000
EBITDA Margin: 15% to 20%
Value-add criteria:
Strong sales/marketing processes with reputable brand with established client base or contracts but needing operational efficiency and excellence and strategic governance to scale the business.
Healthcare Market Segments:
On the services side, we are interested in skilled nursing, seniors care, respiratory therapies, infusion, diagnostic imaging and pharmacies.
On the products side, we are interested in therapeutic products, testing/screening/monitoring products, mobility/disability aids and equipment, medical supplies, surgical/medical equipment.
